Animals of Gregory - Photography Competition

After being inundated with entries to his annual Christmas card photography competition, Member for Gregory Sean Dillon has expanded the prize pool.

There has been an incredible response to the Animals of Gregory Annual Christmas Card Photography Competition, with only a few days left for photographers to submit their entries.

“There have been so many amazing entries already that I know choosing just one winner is going to be tough,” Mr Dillon said.

“That’s why I’ve decided to add a second prize.

“First prize will see your photo featured on my 2026 Christmas card, plus $250 and a Christmas hamper.

“The second placed photo will be featured on the birthday cards I send out throughout the year, while the photographer will be awarded $150 and a hamper.

“I’ve loved seeing the quality entries coming in, showcasing the region’s furry, feathered and scaled friends. And I’m looking forward to seeing more over the next couple of days.

“We have received entries from all corners of Gregory, showing how important animals are to our lifestyles.

“If you’ve been meaning to enter, now is the time to do it.”
